Tokyo Gore Police

“The blood doesn’t just gush; it sprays like a firehose from severed limbs and heads and assorted other bodily injuries. By the film’s end, one of the characters is actually jet-propelling himself through the air Tokyo Gore Policewith the plasma blasting out of the stumps where his legs used to be.” - Fangoria

Brace yourself for a jaw-dropping cinematic experience!

Tokyo is burning! Set in a future-world where the police have been privatized and bitter self-mutilation is so casual that advertising is often specially geared to the "cutter" demographic, this is the story of samurai-sword-wielding Ruka and her mission to avenge her father's assassination. The Tokyo Police Corporation is locked in a bloody war with the “Engineers.” These unstoppable, genetically modified super-criminals can bio-fuse their open wounds with weapons, turning self-mutilation into a deadly combat form.Tokyo Gore Police

Ruka (Eihi Shiina from Takashi Miike’s Audition), the daughter of a murdered police officer, is now the corporation’s top Engineer Hunter. With cold-blooded efficiency she infiltrates the mutant Engineers’ organization and finally tracks down their secret headquarters, a truly bizarre fetish club. Nothing steers Ruka from her solemnly sworn duty- not even the shocking discovery of the truth behind her father's death!
