GODZILLA, MOTHRA
AND KING GHIDORAH:
GIANT MONSTERS
ALL-OUT ATTACK!

Shusuke Kaneko

Godzilla!

Godzilla fans rejoice! Everyone's favorite home-wrecker is back on the big screen for a very special Saturday matinee.

At the 2003 Festival we presented Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla, admittedly one of the big guy's cheesier outings, but this year we commemorate the 50th anniversary of Godzilla with Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack! A note to the Kaiju purists, since this is a family matinee, we will present the English language version to make it kid-friendly.

Disregarding every Godzilla film made after the original (with the exception of a clever reference to the American travesty with that silly iguana), Shusuke Kaneko delivers a serious, stand-alone, giant monster epic; arguably the best film in the series.

This time Godzilla is the bad guy, and he is all-out attacked by the 3 mythical defender monsters of Japan (although they seem to have a total disregard for property values as well). The three titular monsters are joined by the lesser-known Baragon (from Frankenstein Conquers The World) who resembles a cute 9but deadly) giant lizard-puppy. So grab an extra-large popcorn, settle back in your seat and watch giant monsters stomp Tokyo to rubble.
